Thank you for your interest and support for the 2026 Namsan Night Festival.

We have compiled answers to frequently asked questions about reservations and participation. Please review the information below before attending the festival.

Q1. How can I make a reservation for the Namsan Night Festival?

A.   Advance reservations are required for Namsan Campnic and the Autumn Foliage Walk.

      Please visit our official website, select your preferred program and date, and proceed with the reservation process.

Q2. Why can't I find the reservation option on Naver?

A. Due to Naver's reservation system, booking options may be automatically hidden when all available spots are fully booked.

    If an existing reservation is canceled and a spot becomes available, the booking option may automatically reappear. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q3. When will my KRW 10,000 deposit be refunded if I paid by bank transfer instead of Naver Pay?

A. Deposits will be refunded in batches after each week's festival programs have concluded, according to the following schedule:

     - October 23–24 participants: October 26–31

     - October 30–31 participants: November 2–6

     - November 6–7 participants: November 9–13

     - November 14 participants: November 16–20

    * Please note that refunds will be processed for participants whose attendance has been confirmed at the event venue.

Q4. Do I need to bring my own tent or picnic mat?

A. No. Tents will be set up in advance in the Tent Zone, and picnic mats will be provided in the Mat Zone.

    Each reservation also includes the following equipment at no additional cost: 1 camping table, Up to 4 camping chairs (depending on the number of registered participants), 1 lantern, 2 blankets  

    All provided equipment must be returned at the end of the event.

Q5. Why is the Namsan Campnic reservation option not visible on Naver?

A. Due to Naver's reservation system, booking options may be automatically hidden when all available spots are fully booked.

     If an existing reservation is canceled and a spot becomes available, the booking option may automatically reappear. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q6. Can I attend Namsan Campnic alone or with young children?

A. Yes. Solo participation is welcome.

     The Tent Zone accommodates up to four adults, and infants or young children may also accompany participants.

     However, additional chairs or equipment will not be provided for extra guests.

Q7. How are camping and picnic spots assigned?

A. Participants will use the Tent Zone or Mat Zone according to their reservation.

    Specific spots will be assigned at the venue on the day of the event. Spots in the Mat Zone will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.

     Please follow the instructions of the event staff to ensure smooth operations.

Q8. Can I bring my own food or camping equipment?

A. Yes. You may bring your own food. However, cooking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited within the event area.

     Bringing or setting up personal camping equipment, such as tarps, may be restricted in accordance with on-site safety regulations.

Q9. Where does the Autumn Foliage Walk start, and what should I bring?

A. The Autumn Foliage Walk starts at Namsan Yejang Park.

     Please arrive at the registration desk at your reserved time. After your reservation has been verified, you may participate in the program.

     As this is an outdoor walking activity, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing. Please also bring warm clothing to prepare for cooler evening temperatures.

 

Q10. Is the Autumn Foliage Walk difficult? Can children and elderly visitors participate?

A. The Autumn Foliage Walk is an outdoor program designed for participants to enjoy Namsan's beautiful autumn scenery.

    The program is generally suitable for visitors of various ages and fitness levels.

   

However, due to Namsan's natural terrain, some sections include slopes and uphill paths, which may feel challenging depending on individual fitness levels.

If you are participating with children or elderly visitors, please consider their physical condition and walking ability before joining.
